So after trying Gemini’s first food truck, we ventured down the street to try food truck #2. I will never go there again. Absolutely nothing about the experience was good.

To begin with there was only two people in line in front of us, and we ordered only 10 plain tacos, nothing complicated. I did not time it exactly, but it took us about 45 minutes to get our food. Once we got our tacos, I was beyond disappointed.

The meat was chewy, fatty, and flavorless. The tacos as a whole were greasy, and if I had not been so hungry I would have had a hard time stomaching them. Lemon, lime, and salsa/sauce could not even save them. One more thing, if you do decide to take the risk, beware their green sauce. It looks like it is an avocado based sauce, but it will set your mouth on fire.
