May is Melanoma Awareness Month and to kick off the month of May one of my best friends and I decided to take part in the Universal Studios 5K Walk. Afterwards we were starving so we went in search of some breakfast and stumbled across Bea Bea’s.

The Massive Menu

Bea Bea’s is a breakfast paradise and you could eat breakfast here for weeks and never repeat a dish. It was amazing and as starving as we were it was so difficult to make a decision. They have a huge selection of waffles, pancakes, french toast, crepes, and omelets. They even have a lunch menu.

Mama Bea Omelet

My friend ended up ordering their Mama Bea Omelet with hashbrowns. The omelet comes with veggie sausage, spinach, garlic, jalapeΓ±os, mushrooms, mozzarella cheese, and tomatillo sauce. It was huge and smelled so good.

Eggs Over Easy and Sausage

I ended up ordering their Pooh’s Sunrise which comes with two eggs, sausage or bacon and your choice of waffle, pancake, crepe, or french toast. I went with french toast. The eggs were cooked perfectly, I loved the sausage, and the french toast was so super thick.

Classic French Toast

Bea Bea’s was a huge hit for me and I only wish they were closer to me so I could try some of their stranger creations – green tea pancakes anyone? If you ever find yourself in Burbank, and can spare a little wait time (lines can get long) you must stop in and get yourself some Bea Bea’s.
